Touchdown in DC!

After blowing through Customs and Immigration at RECORD speed, we headed out the doors in Dulles to find my brothers Scott and Mark and their families waiting for us. What a GRAND reception. I was bawling!!!! And so were ALL the grown-up girls! Smile. My dear little nieces had all made "Welcome Home" and "Welcome to the USA" and "Welcome to our Family" signs... so special. We spent 3 hours out in the parking lot painting nails, doing rocket balloons (yea, Nanna), running around, and PLAYING. The sunshine and fresh air felt so good. Bella and Bode really sensed all the love, I think. Bella was ALL smiles the whole time.

Around 2:00, we said our goodbyes and headed back through security. Our flight from DC to Denver was uneventful, and the kids slept the whole time. Amazing. Karen
